I voted 6×9 only because I know that some folks have formatted in that size as it’s easy for Lulu to print both here in the States as well as working for the UK digest size (that is, A4).
Therefore, you wouldn’t need multiple sizes (from what I understand).
This was precisely why Jason Vey chose 6×9 format for Spellcraft & Swordplay, if I recall correctly.

Good to see 6×9 in the lead. I wish more gamebooks were published in this size. Much easier to include in my ‘manbag’!
Mmmn now do I use FPTP (First Past the Post) or AV (Alternative Vote) to determine the winner?
If I use FPTP we end up with the small and beautiful Man Bag size
AV its a big 8″x11″ so that C&T can snuggle up to S&W core/complete in your collection.
